AI-generated results may vary and may require editing, refinement, or additional instructions.

Dissatisfaction with subjective design preferences, variations in AI output, or the need to edit generated content does not automatically qualify a purchase for a refund.

However, this provision does not remove any legal remedies available where the Service fails to meet applicable contractual or statutory requirements.

5. Trials and Promotional Offers

Any trial, introductory offer, discount, prepaid credit, or promotional plan is subject to the conditions displayed before purchase.

Where a trial converts into a paid subscription, the applicable price, renewal date, and cancellation terms must be clearly disclosed as required by law.

Any restrictions on credit expiration, refunds, or promotional usage will be disclosed before purchase and remain subject to applicable law.
